It was stronger than I expected and tasted good.I wrote notes (pre-pandemic) on several premium convenient/portable coffee products Amazon offers, especially the "pour-over" packets with ground coffee and self-contained filters. Those tend to make better coffee than "instants," but are more expensive. See rundown in my review for Kuju pour-over coffee:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07B4P4412"Slow Ride" is a newer instant coffee product, in single-serve "stick" packets. To my taste, very good. One of the better coffees I've ever tried in a dried instant form, low in acid, with the balance to be easily "good black" (a term I used for some of the other coffee products). Vietnam is producing some impressive coffees lately.Quirk: Somehow, this manufacturer omitted a packaging convenience that's common practice now with food products in narrow "stick" packets like this: An easy-open end. Other products I use in this packaging (not just instant coffees) have one end of the packet -- usually marked -- modified so you can rip it off easily. Slow Ride packets currently don't; quickest way to open them cleanly is cut or snip an end off, which takes a tool, where competing products don't.Package came with only 10 packets- guessing whoever Everly is got the other 20. Was told they would send the rest but over 3 wks has passed. Coffee was good as this was my second order but I guess I'll find a more affordable option.i am not a coffee drinker. i got this so i have a form of caffeine while out in the woods. but what i found is a smooth nice tasting drink. Hot or cold it was good. i tried a few others before and i couldn't stomic them. This coffee was just what i needed. Now i can go out in the woods for days and not get headaches from not having caffeine. I will be keeping a stock of this coffee all the time. i have been giving it out to friends to try. I will recommend this coffee to everyone, even if you don't like coffee give this one a try.Good coffee. Great flavor and aroma. Mixes well in both hot and cold water. I really enjoy these little packets of coffee goodness. My only complaint is that the package is hard to open. They need to make it easy to tear open. I really don't ever have a knife or a pair of scissors on me. I had to resort to using my teeth a few times to tear open the packaging.I LOVE Slow Ride instant coffee packets! They are perfect for travel - way cheaper than Starbucks! And the company's commitment to climate-friendly packaging and sustainability has made me a loyal customer! I am waiting for the compostable packets now! :)Purchased this for coffee on a long multi day hike. Maybe I wasn’t getting the water to coffee ratio right, but neither I nor my friend enjoyed the flavor of this coffee.I love the quality of this instant coffee. It tastes way better than Nescafé or any other alternatives I’ve tried. I use it to make iced Vietnamese coffee every day: add two instant coffee packets to a cup of boiling water; sweeten with 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk. Shake the whole thing up in a mason jar and serve over ice with your choice of milk/creamer to thin it out. Delicious!!
