It was unfortunate because I was re-doing a heavy cabinet and wanted to elevate it by putting these legs on the bottom. However the screws included are awful and waaaay to cheap to hold such a heavy unit. Same with the metal bases you are meant to screw in to hold the legs. I ended up having to buy separate and flatter bases with stronger screws. I got ones that were recommended by amazon. Its a shame because I thought I was getting a deal with the price of the original order, but besides the actual wooden legs (which are super cute) the hardware included was barely usable.Lack of instruction could be a downfall for some and was for myself considering I drilled through and through on the one side. Also- may be due to personal error but I found that when tightening the legs they don’t all slant accordingly and are incredibly difficult if not impossible to remove once tightened fully. Oh well, it was perfect for repurposing an old end table into a toddlers nightstand and if you’re more handy than myself they should work well for you if this style is what you’re looking for.I used these to add to IKEA Alexa drawers totally transformed the look and very sturdy. The actual screws were a little longer than I needed but that was user errorGood quality and came fast the screw part was just too long for my shelf and went through to the other side :(I bought these legs recently to repurpose some plyboo cabinets into bookcases/plant holders and they worked out great. The color and grain was similar to the natural bamboo of my cabinets. The threaded insert stuck out about 1" but I was able to unscrew them and drill and dowel them on to my cabinet pretty easily. I would rate these 5 but there are some lathe tool marks perpendicular to the grain and a few dents here and there. I could have sanded and refinished them but they're good enough for my purpose.Overall I'm really happy with this purchase and plan to buy more for other projects.Bigger than I expect and it is for heavy furniture.These seem to be very sturdy and well constructed. My reason for knocking a star off is that they come with the plastic pieces that they screw into and my set of 4 was missing one plastic piece. I can work around this but I don't like to get incomplete items. Regardless this is such a good buy and good quality compared to other furniture legs online that I would take my chances and buy again.
