As other reviewers have stated, both the ottoman and chair arrived in excellent condition. The quality of the wicker and cushions is excellent. My husband and I were able to assemble the ottoman in a reasonable amount of time. Other reviewers stated the assembly of the chair was a "challenge". For my husband and me we found the assembly of the chair beyond challenging - it was close to impossible. We also had holes that didn't align and tight spaces that were near impossible to tighten bolts with locking nuts. This is a beautiful piece of furniture but they need to find a more user friendly way for the customer to put it together. Total time to put both pieces together - 2 hours.Nice set, looks good and colors are true. Difficult to assemble, timely but got it put together with some patience and my own tools.
