My grandma has dysphagia, so she has difficulty swallowing and so we have to crush her pills for her, which took forever (and she takes a lot of pills). I bought this and its a TIME SAVER. I mean its really powerful and crushes up her pills in like less than a second and it comes out to a fine powder. I love this machine so much and wish I bought it sooner. I can't believe this thing is only 27?? It's a small machine and light to carry so it's not even an inconvenience. This thing is perfect.Tip: When you blend the pills, make sure to not open the container for at least 1 minute because the dust will shoot up to your face (which is proof this thing works). I also added a blend of small pills and large pills cut in halves. I haven't tried with very large pills, but if you want this to last a long time, I say at least cut large pills into 2 and then put it into the machine.
